If your company is located in the RTP area (or even Charlotte, NC) and you have a few hours to offer feedback on ColdFusion Builder, please let me know. Following NCDevCon, Dipanwita "Dips" Sarkar, ColdFusion Builder Engineer, and I will be visiting local ColdFusion shops to validate some of our plans for Storm (codenamed of ColdFusion Builder 2).
We're really excited about some of the new features planned for Storm, but as always, we have more ideas than we have time to implement them. So we need your help in prioritizing features, telling us which ones rock and which ones you could live without. I've previously written about our approach to system requirements gathering following our ColdFusion 9 research. The meetings last about 3 hours long, must be in person and the more people in attendance the better. We basically pitch ColdFusion Builder 2 like it's already built and hold an open discussion about each feature. Towards the end, we even ask you to vote on your favorite features.
We'll be scheduling these meetings for Monday May 24th and Tuesday May 25th. Because these meetings take about 3 hours, we'll only be able to have 4-6 of them. If you're team is free and you are interested, drop me a line at adrock at adobe dotcom. Thanks.
